How do you guys do PPL six times a week?

I don't do PPL but I doubt it's that hard. If you're splitting your weekly volume into six sessions, they're all going to be fairly short. Should be easy to fit into your lunch break.

Simple, just spend 1 hour less on Veeky Forums and 1 hour less watching porn per day, then you free up 2 hours that you can spend on your hobbies(aka lifting)

If you can't find an hour a day spare, you're either lying, deluded or an incredibly busy person.
Sure, I'll stay over at the girlfriend's or whatever. Doesn't mean I can't nip out to the gym for an hour in the morning.
There's always time. It's just if you can stop making excuses and start making time.

PPL works once times a week (do the PPL cycle once in a week). it'll even work if you don't complete the full 6 day cycle. Lift at least 3 times a week and every extra day is a plus.

1x per week frequency is suboptimal. better advice would be to cycle through PPL, doing 4-5 sessions per week if you can't do all 6.

An entire push day or pull day would take me like 3 hours each, i do high volume on every muscle group. Fuck that low volume double ppl trash, enjoy progressing on ohp with that shit.

Yeah but you just have to decide what your priorities are. As soon as I get out of my lame 9-5 job I go to the gym then come home and make dinner. This leaves a few hours of free time where I can do some other hobbies.

Instead of binging tons of video games I might just play an hour of overwatch, or mess around with my music equipment, or watch an episode or two of some show.

To me, getting to the gym is the most important and satisfying thing so I put it ahead of my other interests.
