5'7 , 20 years old, lifting for one year and a few months now.

I went from 220lbs to 155lbs which was my lowest and I am currently bulking to 175lbs. Pic is me at 165lbs.

Any good tips on how to improve chest size? I don't really mind the core looking this weak since I usually do 3x10 of hanging leg raises after each workout and that gives me enough stimuli to make it seems like I at least worked them a small bit.

Current dyel stats are
(All 1RM)
187.3 lbs bench.
220 lbs Deadlift
135 lbs squat (bad knees because of being overweight my whole life)
121 lbs OHP/Push Press

I was an idiot the first 8 months and did not even attempt deadlifts. I've been doing them pretty regularly for two/three months now though.

Do a recomp. Build some muscle and lose a few pounds that's it. You are just missing muscle mostly.

You definitely got some muscle on you but you need more definition. Try incorporating some HIIT cardio in your routine.

My area is mostly retired old folks so there’s no good gyms so I’ve been doing Bodyweight fitness with a push/pull+legs split since this summer and just added doing HIIT (15 rounds: 45 sec sprint/ 30 speed walk) on my off days. I live right on the beach so I wa a kisser if switching running for swimming except I’m not the best swimmer (living the stereotype) is this a good routine or should I switch some things up?

M8 at least take a picture with more consistent lighting if you want a bf estimate. I'd say maybe 12%-13% probably lower on calipers.
