most bars won't bend with under 500
probably its made of some titanium alloy
A stiff bar won't necessarily bend with 200kg
The outer big plates look a bit thinner though so it may be 180 or 190kg

They don't feel like they do but especially with bumper plates a normal bar will have some visible bending past 200kg

Oly bars are fairly whippy and intentionally so. A lot of regular gym bars will be stiffer. Something that's actually meant to be stiff will barely bend even with seven or eight plates on there.
(3x20kg + 1x10kg)x2 + 20. 160kg or so. Call it 350 lbs. Not a big deal.

Only slightly related, but can I just say how much I'm starting to hate deadlifts? I feel like a total pussy, because I need lifting straps for anything over 300lbs, which I can't do a lot of anyway. I hurt my back doing them about 4 or 5 months ago which seriously set back my progress. Then they leave me completely gassed, like I just want to go home and sleep afterwards. Anybody else feel like this?
Use chalk, mix your grip, or use hook grip.

That bar is only 15kg because it's a women's bar, and it is intentionally whippy, as all olympic weightlifting bars are. Also, that's actually over 3pl8. Reds are 25kg and those clips are 2.5kg each, so it's 135kg on the bar.
