Either: cut till you reach around 10-15%bf then bulk more or do a mini cut for a month. Drop your Cal's by a thousand and cut for a couple weeks to get rid of some of that fat.

If I were you I'd just cut down to 10%. If I can't see the outline of my top four abs I know it's cutting time.

Some people are employed and do labor jobs and there's no way I can go hours without eating while at work, on workdays I eat 7k calories and still don't gain any weight from it

So, cutting is even easier for you. You have the advantage of being active most of the time, just eat 6k instead of 7, lift weights as you would anyways, get lean. Start now and you can look great in a couple of months. And don't ever listen to Veeky Forums... Cutting properly with your current muscle will put you above 90% of men in terms of aesthetics, will be better for you in terms of health and general feeling, and will never stop you from getting bigger after the cut.

You want to gain minimal fat, you will always gain some however. If you're new you can even lose some fat while growing muscle (for a short period), but it's usually more effective to eat 500 extra calories and cut after a while than eating 50 extra calories and staying skinny for years.
