Some of his advice is good but he's also a guy who's dedicated himself to strength training for fucking years and yet has pretty piss poor lifts to show for it.
he gives good advice especially for beginners but you gotta work it out for yourself in the end

520 dead, 500squat and 225ohp is what i could find.
His squat is a lot better than mine and his press is slightly better, but his deadlift and actual strongman events are worse than mine and I'm just some random cunt on Veeky Forums while he's a fitness youtuber

I'm not defending his lifts, they're pretty basic for someone who has such great knowledge. I'm just saying, dude has some solid videos on proper form and correcting techniques.

The form videos he's made have actually helped me dramatically, and adapting what he said in this video is what got me past my bench and press plateau. Take that for what you will.

As for people arguing against his lift, I think it stems from the fact that basically everyone e-stats on Veeky Forums (or on the web in general). For normal everyday standards he's fairly strong.
