No its not. Focus on basic strength training, add extras for arms and you'll be back to proportion in no time.

Also: if you're not gaining, you're not trying.

Your frame is fine, you'll look better if you lift. You're short, so small gains will do a lot.

I can believe it. Not OP, but I'm around 6'1" to 6'2" and I have a very thin and narrow frame. My hands and wrists are tiny. I probably had some form of stunted growth.

Nah. I'll just say my wrists around 6.5 inches circumference (maybe even less) and my hips are noticeably wider than my rib cage.

read the sticky (try SS). Your frame is fine, lifting will do nothing but improve it.

Don't worry about getting perfect routine. Just do sets of compund lifts with maximum effort! And stay consistent. Consistency and actually working out multiple times a week over a long period of time is the most important thing. Lift! Eat!!!!!!!! #flexinfordagram
