I got into fasting 2 weeks ago, and my experience was like : first attempt at 48h fast - first say is ok, wanted to die by the 2nd day first attempt at 72h fast - first day is normal, second day feel like a god, third day start feeling like shit, but nowhere near as bad as the first attempt at fasting Currently attempting 7 day fast, I'm at 50h mark and I just feel like god all the time, I even started doing some extra excercises on top because I just feel so full of energy, I don't remember last time feeling as well as now.

It depends a lot on what you eat, I tried this a few times and if I didnt eat keto I always have high blood sugar symptoms and my lifts went to shit. If you do a keto refeed your lifts will be shit as well so I prefer eating after working out, don't be scared to lift while fasting just dont go crazy on volume and you should be fine.
