Well if you're on HRT then your hormones are probably the same as a cis-girls so I'd imagine all the same rules would apply when it comes to working out.

okay. speaking seriously, trans girls have some unique things to keep in mind when doing fitness and the like. there ARE transgirl lifters who get big arms/shoulders and look kinda bad. and transwomen generally have like bigger ribcages than cis girls and the shoulder:hips ratio is pretty shit.

but in theory, working out should be able to rectify some of this. right? so for serious now, what kinda of things can a person do to like... increase hip width? if you had to design a routine with the unique needs of people like me in mind, what would that be? and is there any special diet advice you'd give, or just the basic bitch bulk/cut thing?
