I just tried cooking cottage cheese with scrambled eggs and its incredible.

I would suggest doing the same, but using goat milk feta in place of the cottage cheese, and sauteeing some onions in it too

during I let the eggs cook a bit until only some of it remains liquid, then I add the cottage cheese. It's going to be a bit watery for a while as the cottage cheese cooks but you just keep mixing everything together.

I do this but with ricotta cheese. When beating the eggs I add a spoonful or two of ricotta, you end up with a nice creamy texture.
