Stronglifts is the best thing to ever happen to me, dont waste your months on brosplits, I legit made progress in 1/2 a month that would have taken me 5 months to do with brosplits

Untrained 1RMs:

>135lbs dl
after 3 months:
>175 lbs bench
>265 dl

Very far from making it, and not much as far as aesthetics go, but I like seeing those lifts go up. It hasn't gotten hard to progress with my lifts yet, despite my very sub-optimal diet.

Brosplit is actually working out for me, even though it isn't proper brosplit since I do a lot of compund exercises, which could explain my fast progress.

As long as you have a good amount of compounds, a few isolations shouldn't really hinder your progress, well done on the progress user.

started with:

> 30 kg squat
> 40(?) DL

ended up with the following after doing it for a month:

> 27.5kg OHP
> 35kg Bench
> 50kg Squat
> 57.5 DL (maxed out my weights kek)

Should I eat more? Eating around 2500-2600 with TDEE being around 2200. I am at high BF (22%+) so I reckon going up in weight slowly is fine.

Any big guys in here? With martial arts and strongliftng I went down from 90 kg to 84 (182cm btw). I do 8:16 daily intermittent fasting and avoid carbs.
So back when I was fatter my big three was 160kg squat, 160k DL and 130 bench. Now it went down to 150, 155 and 110 respectively but maybe due to me having a less fucked up form. Anyway what's that wae once you seem to be hitting that plateau?

been fucking around for a year and then started seriously training(was still on a brosplit but it worked anyway)
in 4 months i bulked from 76kg to 83kg
>bench 60kgx10 to 90x5
>ohp 40x5-55x5
>squat 100x10-120x10(purposfully stalling on it so i dont go even more t rex mode than i am)
>dl 100kgx10-150kgx5
lifts are still shit but im making progress also switched to a ppl routine i hope i hit 1/2/3/4 for reps in a month or two

After dicking around with weightloss and PPL this year, I gave up and am doing Fit Greyskull instead and being more relaxed about my diet (eat as much turkey, beef, spinach, yogurt, oatmeal, broccoli and protein shakes as I like). Upped by bench by 20 pounds this evening, reclaiming some of my pre surgery strength.

We will see if it lasts and I am sad my weight is also going up but I hope it will be wirth it in the end.
