The people who believe those memes aren't worth arguing with OP, if estrogen were so easy to consume people wouldn't pay a fortune for pills

someone call the faggot police, we have a soyboy OP on the loose

t. soyboy

or
>50 grams of soy

ITT /pol/ cries and adhoms against science

The amount of estrogen contained in milk is so little. Men naturally produce estrogen anyway, albeit in way smaller amounts than a woman.

IGF-1 is also in milk from the US.

Holy fuck, dial it back a bit Schillberg

>dial it back a bit Schillberg

You're either really fucking stupid or just a really unskilled troll, either way go become An Hero so nobody has to tolerate you anymore.

>appealing to tradition

The math is simple.

>The math is simple.

So simple that it is wrong. Why don't you try

"Estrogen concentration in cheese * amount of cheese eaten * bioavailability of estrogen in cheese"

instead.

And after you have done this, why don't you do the same math for meat.

estrone =/= estrogen tard boy

how many times did you flunk grade 9 chemistry?

1/?

Read. My. Post.

...

>Soy didn’t make me a soyboy so HAH!
Semantics, you faggot. You’re deflecting from the reality of your Soyhood

The fuck company keeps making these stock images?

...

A strict vegan diet and excess modern soy litterally fucks your masculinity forever.

If you're hooking up with a vegan chick you better make damned sure she's eating meat when you get her pregnant and while she's preggers and feed the kid at least some meat. Because a purely vegan diet = more feminine, lack of muscle, underdeveloped brain and smaller genitals that take longer to develop.

go to fuck off (((OP))) fucking subhuman lmao

...

Why is there picture of David Tenant holding a blobfish?

THIS IS TALKING ABOUT ESTRONE WHICH IS BARELY (

>you have to consume the totality of a woman's estrogen to have an estrogenic effect from dairy

>doesn't know that almonds are estrogenic
>consuming any form of milk

You really need your sugary cereals little fag uh?

LOTTA LOYALTY FOR A HIRED GUN

You are using a study that came out in the "Iranian journal of public health"
(thanks for not linking the study, faggot). And your Iranian friends cite a paper from 1999 where a group from Barcelona fed RATS with estrone.

The rats did not show an increased amount of estrone in their blood even when they were supplemented with estrone. See table 4. (researchgate.net/publication/12660925_Estrone_in_Food_A_Factor_Influencing_the_Development_of_Obesity).

What they also show (see table one) is that other foods (even vegetarian foods) contain estrone. Whole milk contains twice as much estrone as an apple.

So to sum it up you are a manipulative CUNT.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19496976

>After the intake of cow milk, serum estrone (E1) and progesterone concentrations significantly increased, and serum luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and testosterone significantly decreased in men.

>muh white man's drink

Literally memed by jews.

Of course it is you mong. Vegans do this shit all the time because they want you to be as weak, miserable, and mentally broken as them.

Double dubs takes the lead

I don't like that they didn't quantify the changes in the hormones. What does "significant" mean, in this context?

>ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19496976

>He actually posted a study on a handful of fucking japanese people, and says that the results of this study (which aren't even quantified) is why hwhite men shouldnt consume it .

Get out kike.

Normally significant means statistically significant when in scientific articles

That still doesn't tell me the numbers. They could've at least done it percentage wise

>t. uneducated

organicauthority.com/vegan-diet-appropriate-for-all-stages-of-the-life-cycle-says-largest-group-of-nutritionists/

>GUYS VEGANS ARE ALL WEAK AND MISERABLE

another DYEL position on nutrition. what a fucking joke you are.

>test a food full of lactose on lactose intolerant people
>not even a lot of people, just a few
>measure blood hormone levels to see if it has an effect
>it does (but the degree to which it does isn't quantified, because that's not what the study is for)

The aim of that study was to see if there was ANY statistically significant effect from the consumption of milk on *lactose-intolerant* people. The aim was never to say how much the effect was or to extrapolate from the results, simply to see if it was worth looking into on a larger scale.

Brainlet

t. "not at all assmad" soyboy

Another 30IQ /pol/lard.

Daily reminder that soyboy-posters are the Veeky Forums equivalent of tumblr feminists.

They weren't lactose intolerant, which ruins your whole argument. It's also quantified, the link is only the abstract. It's behind a paywall like most studies but you can get the full version by searching it in sci-hub.

>go back to /pol/

/pol/ says
>go back to whetever you came from immigrant.

(you) are unironically using /pol/ talking points while absolutely hating /pol/

Classic soyboy

Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) is a natural human growth hormone that assists the body’s transition from childhood into healthy adulthood. Once the body completes this natural growth period, high levels of IGF-1 are no longer necessary and over-production may become detrimental to health. Uncontrolled cellular growth and proliferation (which may be the result of too much IGF-1) may lead to cancer growth. Having low levels of IGF-1 as an adult may improve the chances of a cancer-free life.

>lactose intolerance plays a role in hormone absorption

We've a literal retard ITT

OP is right though, what's stupid about it?

>/pol/ is the first place that anyone ever discovered the phrase "go back to _____"

Classic soyboy-poster. The lowest of IQs.

/pol/ likes to talk iq too. But I'm sure you believe all races are exactly the same.

soyboys jus't can't into science

It may also improve your chances of being a weak fgt who breaks their hip in a fall and dies at 60 though.

How fucking new to Veeky Forums are you? These memes have been around on the entirety of Veeky Forums for a decade.
Take your facebook-tier bantz back to xbox, faggot.

>soyboys jus't can't into science
I see zero science that benefits the soyboy-posters, only correlation having a nice brunch with causation. How rustled are you jimmies?

Brainlet.

>being this asshurt

soyrage is real

Daily reminder that Veeky Forums veganposters are the Veeky Forums equivalent of fucking crossfitters. Unaware that most people got along perfectly fine before their stupid little cult sprung up and will fully oblivious to the fact that it genuinely seems to do many people way more harm than good.

>"UR MAD"

How does it feel to have resorted to the same phrase that ten year olds and the weakminded alike scream on minecraft before realizing their life is worthless and they will dig holes for the rest of their life?

Could you point out where it says they weren't lactose intolerant? They are japanese which would make it a very relevant statement to put in there, as the overwhelming majority of japs are lactose intolerant.

The sample size was incredibly small (the women were ovulating too) and the "significance" of the effects only speaks in terms of data and not of practical significance.

Eating something that your body doesn't recognize and can't even process can often cause some sort of stress response, and feeding it to people who can't process it means that it absolutely cannot be extrapolated to lactose tolerant people.

On top of that we don't actually understand very much about the genetics behind dairy consumption, or what other digestive factors could be involved in lactose tolerant populations.

Lowered IGF-1 levels don’t appear to have any effect on muscular strength.

>"How does it feel to have resorted to the same phrase that ten year olds and the weakminded alike scream on minecraft before realizing their life is worthless and they will dig holes for the rest of their life?"..... he sperged and then the soyboy knew that surely he had won this argument

You might have bested me this time, now fill up on that gorgeous soy my dear sir, you must have lost alot of estrogen during this classic battle of the minds

lol go shill your shit-tier feminizing soy on cuck threads in /gif/ faggot

This. Soyboyism is a state of mind, not a diet. Jon Venus is vegan Chad, not a Soyboy, to give one example.

Death in America is largely a foodborne illness.Death in America is largely a foodborne illness.Whole-food plant-based diets helpto prevent, treat, and even reverse many of the top 15 killers in the United States. This is ignoring the environmental and moral issues. Veganism is the redpill.

>science

You don't fix a problem that is caused by overconsumption with another type of overconsumption.

You fix it by eating less and eating whole organic foods. This includes organic grassfed meats and animal products.

No healthy society on earth is vegan or carnivore.

Actually the most healthy societies are those that eat the smallest amount of animal products.

>with another type of overconsumption.
How is overconsumption of whole plant based foods a bad thing?

Agreed. See Okinawa diet. They've had and have far more that live to be 100+ years old for centuries.

It's not really. If you're fat from eating whole plants, your blood would be the cure for cancer.

>You are using a study that came out in the "Iranian journal of public health"
>(thanks for not linking the study, faggot). And your Iranian friends cite a paper from 1999 where a group from Barcelona fed RATS with estrone.
OK.

>estrone in their blood
>>The group receiving the hyperlipidic diet (HL) increasedits weight steadily for the next two weeks (Fig. 2), with amean weight gain of 0.81 g/day. The other group received the diet loaded with oleoyl-estrone (HL-OE) and in-creased its weight faster, with a mean weight gain of 1.99 g/day, the differences being significant (p < 0.05) from day 8 onwards. The amount of food eaten by HL rats was 13.1 ± 1.1 g/day, and the amount by HL-OE rats 14.5 ± 1.1 g/day (NS). Thus, the net intake of estrone was about 53 nmol/kg⋅day in the HL rats and 90 nmol/kg⋅dayin the HL-OE rats.

Pic related. If you consume dairy products you will never make it (unless your goal is to become a transexual or feminize yourself). Follow the teachings of Through The Twisting Nether.

Your OP pic uses estradiol references ranges. Good job making yourself look even more retarded.

Why does the controlled opposition from /pol/ come to Veeky Forums to shill their cancer causing dairy milk?

Here are some calculation:
desuarchive.org/fit/thread/44259948/#44266703

He's right actually.

Should probably make my own thread at some point (and copypasta that shit and post it every day) but the basic point is it isn't high estrogen that is causing the "soyboy" effect. That's just a myth invented by a society obsessed with blaming food and culture in general for their problems - thinking there's an "easy fix".

The actual problem is low-testosterone. It's the cause of pathetic omega-males, obesity, lack of drive/energy/confidence, an escalating mental health epidemic, and the horrific male suicide rate.

If more people injected fucking test and sorted their shit out, the world would be rid of these pathetic manchildren. There is a lot of research to suggest that men will be treated with test rather than dangerous and pointless SSRIs in the near future, but until then it's nice to be one of the relative few who actually do steroids and reap the mental health gains, nevermind the physical aspect.

I always advocate the use of steroids to help out men who are suffering from lack of it, but now I'm "in the club" I'm increasingly becoming selfish and want it to be "my thing".

..s*

You are cutting off stuff that you dont like and cherry pick like fucking hell.

Read the goddamn paper instead of just the abstract. You conveniently cut off the part where they write that the rats did not increase blood estrone levels. Rats that were SUPPLEMENTED with estrone in their food had the same blood estrone levels than rats that were not supplemented. So dietary estrone had no effect on their estrone levels.
They just got fatter (from high fat food).

>The stats are measured for milk per liter (4.23c) — apples (11.76) per kg. Fitness memery is specifically 1 gal. (16c) *milk*.

Ok so we cannot compare milk because it is an easily consumable liquid and we need to find the values for apple juice. Then we can cherry pick and just take the estrone levels for 1kg of fresh cheese and compare it to 1kg of apples. Oh, they are the same.

>blood
Which is potentially irrelevant — even circulating testosterone is sometimes reduced after weightlifting because it's absorbed by muscles.
