can you make serious gain by lifing at home?
I started 6 month ago and im 3 kg heavier and much leaner.

I think so, if you have the weights and bench (or do substitute things if no bench). You won't be able to so super heavy squats tho.

Yes I've made huge gains at home. I got my self a power rack and a bench. Best thing is you have no excuses for skipping workout since its literally in your house

after workout chiken breast 200g+bread40g+ avocado.
dinner fish usually but also meat.

Buy a squat rack and have a buddy who wants to use your free equipment spot you.
my uncle who lifts told me that heavy squats fuck your back. I ussually use my body weight and one leg when i squat.
