Holy shit is eating Chicken with rice really not a normal thing where you guys live? Try it. It’s fucking amazing. There is a reason for the cheese though guys. I’m naturally skinny and use the cheese for the fat in it and I have a glass of milk to wash it down. Also rice cooker makes this meal easy to make on those days where I don’t wanna cook.

I'm trying to cut way down on sugar, and also stop drinking milk, but without it I'm struggling to reach 3400kcals a day.

I have salmon and veggies for breakfast, steak and veggies for lunch and chicken rice and veggies for dinner, with walnuts and raisins as snacks in between, plus a protein shake made with water plus peanut butter and a banana, but I keep getting stuck at around 2500kcal.

Scrambled eggs. Just put 4-6 eggs in the pan along with butter and stir constantly until they're done. Top with sriracha or some shit if you want, but if you don't overcook it like a dumbass it's delicious on its own.
