How do you eat your oats lads? I mix that shit up in a milkshake with some bananas and berries

Some water and a banana and then I nuke it in the microwave. Mix in some non fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and then some other cold fruit on top. Usually blueberries, apples or strawberry. And cinnamon on top

I eat it raw from the can with a spoon. Good for jaw gains.

If you don't want fat, but great protein, get some dry pressed cottage cheese

I mostly mix half rolled/steel cut with a serving of whole milk yogurt and frozen fruit, like overnight oats

Oats, a splash of almonds, water, microwave.
Mix a scoop (or two) of protein to use instead of milk.
No matter if bulking or cutting, this is my staple breakfast.

Rolled oats
Banana
Low fat milk
1 scoop whey isolate
I don't even need to use a blender

Some water, an egg, a tablespoon of honey, then microwave that shit.

God tier oatmeal

Oats
Chia seeds
Banana
Berries
Water
Milk

Over-night them, god tier.

I blend my oats with (soy)milk, chocolate soy protein, and brown rice protein and a banana and berries.

Or I cook em in a pot with soymilk and mix in some frozen berries and 2 scoops of Biolent.

Just take a fist or two and then pour in yoghurt
