"not ing"? Anyways I was 155 lbs when I srarted lifting years ago, slowly bulked up to 211 and slowly cut to 170.2 lbs. I just ate super clean (lots of lean meats, low sugar/sodium etc), counted calories, and tried to keep lifting intensity high.

Not sure what you mean by that but I've always played a sport and took a weights class in HS for 3 years. Blew it off tho for the most part and didnt stary getting serious about lifting until several months ago.

Hey. I've lost about 40 pounds then gained a few back over Christmas.

I think I should keep cutting until I'm below 15% bf, but some friends say otherwise. I should cut right? What bf% do I look like? And any other general advice is welcome.
