put more salad, lose the tomato it has sugars. id say switch to white meat but i guess you eat enough of that so yeah some red meat isnt going to kill you. add just a tiny bit of extra virgin (like yourself amirite) olive oil and some lemon/vinegar to your greens to make them taste better.
you have to eat careful but it doesnt have to be shit tasting
