I take a double dose of vitamin D3 because I work nights and I think lack of sun fucks with my mood.
I take B3 and a mixed B forte because I used to drink like a fish and am worried about deficiency.
Chew a few vit C a day if I feel like it.
Take magnesium because I get foot cramps.
And I take fish oil.

You realise the "A" is just the name of the compound the zinc and magnesium are delivered in?
A as in Aspartate, from aspartic acid. Magnesium and Zinc bondend with a non-essential aminoacid to increase the uptake.

Yeah I got chelated. Would have rather had orotate, but it is hard to find and usually expensive.

My dumb ass unfortunately got magnesium oxide instead of citrate though.

With most supps there are different forms that they come in. Typically a cheap (and ineffective form) and a not cheap (but effective) form.

e.g. multivitamins will use zinc oxide cos it's cheap. But it can't be absorbed properly.

Chelated zinc is much more expensive but is way more effective.

The other issue is that if you think how small a multivitamin is they're not big enough to accomodate decent doses of high quality vitamins and minerals. My chelated zinc pills alone are the size of a multivit. So your average multivitamin just has low doses of loads of poor quality versions of vitamins and minerals.

Take animal pak and PWO out of that list. How much EPA/DPA are you actually getting in your fish oil.

Get KSM-66 its a more potent extract of Ashwa

What if you find a multi that has good forms of the micros in it? Like magnesium citrate and cholecalciferol instead of magnesium oxide and d2?

Then it's probably good as long as the doses are high enough. Ignore the RDA dose, google the optimal dose for each. All I know is that the average multivits I see in the supermarket are pointless.

That actually looks pretty good. But just remember that when it says '150%' DV that's 150% of the bare minimum u need to stay alive not 150% the optimal dose

I just take nitraflex mixed with about 6 fl oz of monster zero ultra. Shit is like an explosion of energy and focus. I doubt the test boost thing is for real but I don't use it for that.

Depends where you live. If you are in Finnland with no sunlight go for 10K for two weeks and 5K a day after that. In summer 2K should be sufficient if you are in contact with sunlight every day for 15 minutes.
