literally no one says this

t. does 10 lb dumbell raises thinking he's going to have pumpkin delts
>dont go over 5 reps
again, something no one ever says
>You HAVE to squat, deadlift, and bench or you will make 0 gains
you might make gains if you dont, but you'll still be a pussy

i spit in your ass you retard

>Just get strong bro and you will get big
>and high volume is a meme meme.

>literally no one says this

Wrong.

>Start doing high rep lateral raises
>Shoulders blow up

OHP is a meme

One idiot doesn't make it a fitness meme

>high rep
What is high rep, 8-12?

>Don't isolate biceps rows and chinups are enough
Agreed. Ever since adding a bit of arms and abs to the end of every day, my lifts have gone up, I look better, and my arms have exploded in size. I also hit back and bis twice a week though because back is my favorite thing to workout.

>OHP is enough for shoulders
Adding seated dumb bell press and machine shoulder press really helped with mine. I also do behind the back overhead press which helps hit my traps and rhomboids too on back day.

>Don't go overs five reps
Switching to 10 really helped me. I realized I don't want to be a strength monkey I'd like to look like I actually lift. 10 - 12 all day.

>You HAVE to squat, deadlift and bench or you will make 0 gains
If you don't squat or deadlift, you are literally a pussy. If you don't bench then no one will believe you lift at all.
>"oh user you look like you go to the gym how much do you bench? :)"
>"uhhhh i don't bench."
>"oh."

Lateral raises are mostly a meme for natties. The side delts are incredibly stubborn to grow without roids. It's the rear delts that actually makes the shoulders look bigger and wider

The funny thing is, doing a 5x5 and other strength training parameters are actually more bang for your buck than 3x8 or 3x10, because of the intensity. So its hilarious when people say "they don't wanna get strong, just wanna look like they lift", when training for strength will actually make you look like you lift more than any "high volume" pump rep scheme.

This. My delts exploded after starting to do ultra high reps lateral raises

Maybe if you're getting noob gains. I've been lifting 4 years and am finally about to hit 2/3/4/5 just by doing higher reps now. I get doms again which feels amazing. Idk mate, it's working for me. I'll agree 5x5 for your big 4 lifts are good, but everything else high reps mang.

>switch from back squats to front squats
>back feels better and enjoy lifting again

30-50

20

>squats and deadlifts are enough to work your abs

Fell for this one too :(

then how do you work your abs? inb4 meme sit-ups

For natties with bad genetics maybe. I have great shoulder genetics and proper lateral raises have definitely grown my side delts a lot. I do 14kg 10-12 controlled reps no cheating right now.

>front squats
>enjoy lifting

Cable crunches and hanging leg raises.

hanging leg raises/ab roller

>8-12
>high

That's the sweet spot mid rep range.
Do you even know your 20 rep max squat or deadlift?

>20 rep deadlift

I mean do what feels good for you but once I got the form down and my wrist mobility improved it feels much better and also feel more quad contraction

these are goat, also ab roller

Like how? afte pumping up my delts look fucking huge too

I need a story to go with this OP pic

He used to post on Veeky Forums

>>Don't go overs five reps
It's true for strength, not hypertrophy...

5x5 deadlift, rip back
