if your bench form is good theres little chance that the pecs are too weak

especially if youre an explosive bencher then theres guarantee that your tris are weaker. The tris are obviously a smaller muscle and because they are heavily involved the're the limiting factor for most people

I am just fucking shit at the squat, always have been. and trying harder just leads to doing good morning squats or sacrificing depth. on frontsquats it just feels like my entire body collapses inwards. I though DL were supposed to be the most taxing lift ? because front squats make me feel infinitely worse than DL.

I rarely ever frontsquat so I guess its normal I suck at it to some degree but 50% of my squat is a fucking joke right ? I mean my squat is already too low for my DL. and yes I hate the squat but I actually try hard at it and I just cant get it to work.

Should i be worried if I get lower back pain every time I deadlift? Even if it's light weight it will happen most of the time. It is about consistency. Yes you make slower gains but you ALWAYS make gains. Do you want rapid fast gains in 2 weeks and stall for 6 months or slow but steady gains for years? I think I know your answer. Buy the book.

Also it doesn't matter if the pain stops after a few minutes because one day it's going to stay. I am in a similar situation with my pelvis/pubic bone right now. I fucked something up when snatching so I am taking a couple of weeks off just to make sure the pain is gone. Lower the weight.
