I accidentally took a rest month moving to get a much better paying and lower stress job, I'll get back into it soon I swear

I workout 7 days a week and I don't roid. High intensity too @ 2-3 hours per gym session.

I workout 8 days a week. Twice. High intensity too @ 4-6 hours per gym session.

I do 1x5 squat, bench or the Press, & diddly, 1xAMRAP pullups & dips every 5-7 days.

Strength is about sleeping and eating lots of meat.

Only lift 3 days a week, and I have a home gym. I'll run on one of those rest days, but the last two weeks have been freezing. Going to be a rough run next week.

im genetic shit. not only am i a kissless virgin and friendless but i am too much of a brainlet to cultivate hobbies to sustain myself intellectually so instead i spend all my free time either overtraining or shitposting.

How can it be high intensity if you're in there for 3 hours. If its that intense you'd be exhausted in like an hour

I take rest weeks because I have a bad shoulder and work a labor job so I get a 9 hour workout 5 days a week anyways
