Meal Prep

What does Veeky Forums in a week?

i never meal prep more than like 1 day in advance, because the food gets gross and not tasty

this
i cook all my meals fresh

That’s for one day right?

t. fat powerlifter

theres like maybe 10000 calories in that picture you goddamn twink

Cooking food fresh is the patrician taste. Nothing beats the sear of onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil.

Breakfast on lift days:
Oats, mixed nuts, mixed berries

Breakfast on rest days:
2 slices ezekiel bread, 2 eggs, 2 scoops

Lunch:
Cucumber, onion, tomato, chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Post WO:
2 scoops

Dinner:
Spinach, chicken, broccoli, onion salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

every day. I hate cutting. cook twice a week and just assemble for lunch + dinner.

>prepping in plastic containers
>eating a meal that's more than 1 day old
brehs

atm I just have 2 chicken drumsticks and some steamed veg as my meal prep for lunch/dinner M-F and cook the rest

Makes work ez and I can still enjoy some fresher stuff on the weekend.

I really hope thats only for like 3 days. All those greens are going to be fucking nasty and rotting by day 4

>eat 5 meals a day
>cook every single one of them

shit, do you people have jobs?

Ever since I bought a pressure cooker there's been 0 reason to meal prep. But I am also OMAD.

>because the food gets gross and not tasty
That's wrong you mentally ill big baby.

>eating more than twice a day
>rip gut flora

>falling for the 5 meals a day meme

>being this retarded to cook and distribute all this food to the separate containers when you can just go to the restaurant or something.

Post your tummies you big fat ass fatties, with your crashed ass metabolisms that store your fat like fucking squirrels stashing nuts in the winter.

OMAD?

Buying in bulk is cheaper, and prepping ahead of time lets you easily track your caloric intake.

I would bloatmog you to death twink

Pic probably doesn't include shakes, snacks etc.

One meal a day

I just make some sweet potatoes, spinach, chicken, rice and salmon in advance. Grab and go as I need, don't pack them like an autist in pic related.
Eggs and Bacon I can always make, and Almonds + Yogurt are packaged anyways.
But basically a day will go like this, for all you guys who need help figuring this shit out

Breakfast:
4 Egg Yolks
11oz Sweet Potatoes
1/2 Cup Spinach
Vitamins

Lunch
6 Pieces of bacon
12oz Sweet Potatoes

Pre-workout
1 cup White Rice
2oz Chicken Breast

Post-Workout
1 cup white rice
2 oz chicken breast
1 cup fat free milk

Dinner:
3oz Salmon
1.5 cups white rice
0.5cups spinach

30mins before bed
29g Almonds
0.5cup Greek Yogurt

Macros:
2498 Calories
332g Carbs
125g Protein
71g Fat

desu I know it's too much protein for my weight (131lbs) but as I gain weight the ratio will fix itself

>he doesnt know multiple meals a day spike your insulin and slow your metabolism
user...
