the difference between pulls and deadlifts has been mind blowing for me, when I was training deadlifts I was hitting 230-240ish and I can barely even clean pull 140 sometimes, the positional strength and movement is totally different

How big should my Front Squat be before I start oly lifting? I can't really porgress linearly any more but my Front Squat is only at 70kg. Should I try to get it up before I start oly? If yes what is the program that will get me there the fastest?

training grip is best solution I've found, but also making sure that you do wrist flexibility drills. Doing pause front squats with all digits on the bar instead of one or two also helps.

I'm training later tonight, continuing to just do slightly-modified SS with some barbell-only classical technique work at the end.
