Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set
FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength
the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level
for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep
>SL SL progression seems to be different from PDF's
>waist thinner than a year ago >every measurement bigger than a year ago >even wrist is 0.3" thicker >relax biceps 0.4" bigger (most likely due to triceps) >flexed biceps exactly the same, if not smaller how is your day going /bwg/?
Jack Sanders
>get sick and tired of being afraid and alone >Watch a bunch of youtube videos by Jordan Peterson and Patrice O'Neal
>Now doing BWT at 29yo just for the fun of it
The only problem is when I get off work around 10pm. I'm still tired from riding my bike back from work.
Asher Morris
handstand push ups
Nathaniel Barnes

Ryan King
get some other transportation, then
Mason Scott
If you bike to work you already have an excuse to skip legs
Isaac Brown
Not always, but I try to be on camera
Noah Sanders
Definitely not a problem. Eight years of biking. Just need to work on torso. But Hammies being really tight screws me over.
Brody Perez
...
Joseph Harris
How did your waist get thinner? Lower bf only?
Josiah Sanders
yea, all my leftover fat is on waist mostly, I'm maintaining my weight for 4years now (90kg/200lbs)
Jonathan Johnson

Adrian Davis
This may be beginner as fuck but I'm happy about it: finally got my 60 second handstand! Now for one footed then onto freestanding.
Brandon Thomas
>60 second wall handstand fixed
Henry Mitchell
I'm a fatty with that weights 100kg, should I start with this body weight regime before hitting the gym?
No, I swear I'm not avoiding attending one, I just want to start with the basics
Nicely done. My goal is to do a V-sit into a handstand as clean as that.
Luke Lewis
>No, I swear I'm not avoiding attending one then go to the gym and lift fatso, dumb bells start as low as 2kg (20lbs)
Noah Martin
Yeah it's a good idea, why not? One day you may
Jonathan Richardson
bodyweight is boring as fuck if you cant do more than a few excercises designed for fat cripples.
Lift to get some kind of base strength and enjoy body recomposition. you'll have a lot more fun with bodyweight if you lose 20kgs and build a muscle base before you start
Alexander Martin
>Lift to get some kind of base strength and enjoy body recomposition. you'll have a lot more fun with bodyweight if you lose 20kgs and build a muscle base before you start
Are you a fucking retard or are you here to shill the powerlifting/gym bitch meme?
Brandon Scott
most likely both you need to choose, /bwg/ or /gym/ or try both and see what you like most, I started with lifting, then swapped to /bwg/ (90kg for 4+years now)
Hudson Gomez
Do NOT make the mistake of possible doing both. If you do both you will literally explode and fucking die.
