all of them. I'm running it for 2 weeks, works exceptionally well for preserving mass and strength.

foods high in protein and fiber have high satiety. eat high protein, lots of veggies (broccoli, celery, mushrooms haeve almost no calories). drink water 15 min before meal. eat slowly.

figure out meal timing that works for you. lots of people can skip breakfast and be fine.

chew gum. dont get the stick kind though, it has soy

You really only need two dosages a day, not 3 like in pic related.

intermittent fasting is honestly amazing. Try it, once your mind is strong enough that you can completely control your hunger, the weight is gunna fall right off. So far i've went from 232lbs to 183 lbs on about 16 months of IF.
