Can someone give me a rough estimate of my Body Fat % ?

My gym scale is broken. I'm 6ft, I estimate 190-200 lbs, based on my "normal" weight of 185-190, and I feel a bit fatter than I have been in the past.

These calorie calculator websites are giving me results that just seem too generous to me. It says I can eat 2150 calories and lose weight. I tried 1900 and noticed nothing. So I dropped to 1800. Does that sound about right? I lift 2 days one, one day off. This is me off of a 2 day fast, because fuck me I went to a wedding and on a date and I ate a shitton of carbs and alcohol.

My estimate is that I'm around 23-35% body fat.

My average workout consists of this usually, I'll do stuff like Chest+ shoulders, bi+tris, Back + hams, Quads + shoulders.
Chest - Bench, incline and dumbell flies
Shoulder- military db press, lat raise and forward db raise
Bi - Hammer curls, preacher curls, reverse bb curl
Tri - triceps push downs, cable skull crushers
Back - Tbar row, cable row, lat pull down
Quads - Squats, leg press, leg extention
hams - leg curls, good mornings and high feet leg press

That's the easiest way i can say what my routine is. Wife says what needs work and i mix them. Some days I'll go super heavy and the other i do slow and control.

Got weak chest genes af.

For traps I like side lateral raises with light weight high reps, focusing on pulling with the traps and minimizing effort from the shoulders.

For the rest of upper/mid back I don’t do anything special. Lots of front squatting prob helps me here.

For lats I like heavy weighted pull ups focusing on strict form and pulling from the elbows. Chest supported row I also like, but more as a finisher.

Unfortunately have been out of the deadlifting game for a bit due to injury, will add these back in as I get more confident loading my spine.

I feel like I've mostly been achieving body recomposition because I've only lost 7 pounds in 4 months but look pretty different.

You honestly don't look much different to me. Not to say thats a good or bad thing. The shirt just accentuates your waist.

I know I don't look "lost 30lbs" or "12 new PRs" different but I do look pretty different. 2" down on my waist, 1.5" around each thigh (not everyone's goal but it's mine), while keeping hips the same
