If you hit your protein macro, and hit your daily cals, then your carbs and fats will fall into place automatically. This is assuming you don't have a wacky high fat, low carb diet
Counting carbs and fats is so dependent on guesstimating it's pointless
>protein powders (whey and casein), omega 3s (flax oil), and supplements (Mucuna pruriens, a tropical legume which has L-DOPA in it; vitamins and minerals; etc.) It's true that getting 150g-300g of protein is really filling.. At some juncture, other types of oils are for flavors and textures, whereas n-3s are taken according to their benefits with lengthening telomeres (1/8th-1/4th c. 2-3x); and upon getting the protein figured, the remainder comes pretty naturally.
Oh my god, this is my video, you know, THE VIDEO, this is one of my first fucking faps, made me the assman and yoga-pants fetishist i am now. I was able to find it once and was just a fucking 2 minute fragment. Now, you fucking tell me the sauce and every actor in the scene.

Not enough fat in diets = less test. Proven again and again by numerous studies. Since your body produces the testosterone, I feel like keeping the fat levels consistent may be the best. No theory or study behind it just guessing.
And it cant be any fat either, you need to keep Sat and Mono above Poly. A few studies showed testosterone levels taking a nosedive when polyunsaturated fats are the main type of fat you eat. And of course you can't overdo the saturated fats because cholesterol. So good luck hitting all that shit without counting.

Yes that’s what I do also. I lost about 160 lbs doing that exact thing.
I count it and write it down in a small book that also has my reading progress. Today I ate 134g of protein (my goal is just over 100g) and 1800 calories.

fats are immensely more important than proteins in terms of overall diet
