Cutting out sugars that are not in fruits, yes.
At first you will be grumpy and inactive, after that you feel great.
How does it feel to be this stupid?
Man, it's a good thing you're anonymous.
trips wasted on a horrendous comment such as this
you retards do realize not all carbs are sugar right
It's okay user, the oats have started replacing their brain matter. Keto master race.

Being less fat, and I can't stand sugary foods anymore like ice cream and some liqueurs.
All carbs besides fiber get broken down and digested as "sugar" in the body.
Glucose and sugar on a food label are two different things bud. Sugar is half glucose half fructose
Regardless that's not the point, the point is varying rates of digestion
Im noticing a craving. And no actual difference in stability
My point was that all carbs breakdown the same, into frutose and glucose. So cutting just table sugar is a half-assed approach.

I heard that regular yogurt is sugary, other than that I'm almost completely sugar-free.
I've removed all sugar from my diet except for fruits, for a few months now.
No real difference, just takes me forever to eat all the calories I need to bulk. Supposedly it's healthier, but you don't really notice health until you lack it.
you realize carbs are made of sugar molecules right?
