Alright so just finished first vial of MT2 by accident. Could only
Mix 2 mls of bac water with it because it was a very small vial. My syringes are also 5ml so quite hard to get small dosages. My dosing was meant to be .5mg a day but I finished the vial in 10 days so obviosuly wasn't very accurate. Have a second vial ordered should be here in 2 days. Have done the following mins in sunbed total (3,3,6,3,6).

As you can see from the pics, not much of a difference but I'm a ginger so never ever tan. Ever. Just burn. So it's nice to see a bit of colour that isn't red. Will update again when have gone the colour I want which will be around a week or two.

Because I've been taking around a gram's worth a day and I'm pretty sure that it's negatively effecting me.
At one point in time I was using prop at pinning 700 mg a week. You need to rotate injection sites doing that so I figured out where I can pin without THAT much pip. I stuck with the practice even though I'm using longer esters now and not pinning ED because I figure that it's good to spread out the scar tissue.

Aromasin is objectively superior, but if you are doing well on arimidex why bother figuring it out all over agian.

If you can find the dose you need and take it consistently (ed for adex) then it should be fine

That being said 2 scoops of whey in a shaker cup filled with iced coffee is pretty fucking good, I would recommend it especially if you're not eating fat/carbs with every meal.

I do 1 scoop + 6tsp coffee +ice pre-workout every day the shit is fucking insane

I eat every 2-3 hours, if I want to lose weight I just use less PB and oats, if I want to gain weight I use more.
Also casein protein instead of whey before bedtime
