Massive strength gains, really good pumps, and basically no fat gain however many cals you eat. Downside is acne, high blood pressure, liver strain and testicular atrophy. Bretty god tho.

considering taking zinc, what's a good dosage to take daily?

Multivitamin
L-Arginine
Zinc
Fish Oil
Vitamin D
5-HTP

OP here.
Zinc Citrate 30mg is good. Been taking for over 3 months now. I've been sourcing from solgar and it's actually pretty reasonable quality to price wise.
>vitamin SD
>NAC
>TUDCA
what are these and what do they do?
>Vitamin T
google has nothing, is this an ironic reference to roiding?

Food. Dropped zinc supps for pic rel8ed every few days, I think it does better for T

Also try to get plenty of both kinds of vitamin A for skin gains. Sweet potatoes for one, chicken livers for the other. Pretty sure I get everything else from diet. I eat fish, shellfish, poultry, pork, beef, dairy, potatoes, grains, legumes, fruit, leafy greens, black coffee, I got all my shit nigga

Vitamin test you fuckin'...

Zinc
Magnesium Glycinate
Vitamin D3

Gonna add a quality fish oil once it comes in the mail and I am considering Turmeric soon.

I think D3 and the fish oil will be the only ones I take daily though once I have em all.

My multivitamin has 15 mg of zinc, which is apparently the daily value.

Would there be any point in taking a zinc sup?

>Vitamin test
what?
30mg has been working well. Multivitamins tend to be lower quality and going over the RDA is where I have found benefit in multiple instances. B12, Biotin being the longest term examples of this. I'm many times over the RDA and don't get benefits at that level.

30 mg zinc is way too much if you also get it via your diet

also OP is a fagot that sips

>he doesn't take 30mg zinc
>he thinks you get enough vitamins from your diet
I bet you eat a lot of processed food.

Dude you were replying to here.

>NAC: N-acetyl-cysteine
Helps prevent liver damage
>TUDCA
Helps prevent liver damage
>Vitamin SD: Superdrol: methasterone
Strong oral steroid, causes liver strain
>Vitamin T
Testosterone
>Vitamin ND: Nandrolone decanoate
popular injectable steroid

If you don't eat much meaty stuff
Roids

you probably don't even time your stack so you don't absorb most of it + it doesn't matter whether or not your food is processed

that poster you're replying to () didn't mention anything about getting enough vitamins from diet

just a reminder, if your multivitamin supplements everything

it's garbage

literally this.
Source and type of vitamin is important.

whats a good multivitamin for men then?

There isn't one, that's the point.
see

not really, it's just that you can't absorb certain minerals together with eachother (mg,ca,fe,zn)

for example my routine looks like this (super secret medical grade stuff, achieved by years of diligent contemplation):

morning 5-6 AM (fasted): vitamin d (1000U every 2-3 days depending on whether or not there is sun outside) fish oil (stick with the recommended daily value), multi vitamin (generic ones yo ucan buy for chea pfrom the store), l-carnitin (800 mg) , 150 mg calcium , 300 mg magnesium ; ca and mg should always be combined

noon 12-13 AM : food + iron 14/7 mg+vitamin c (it mostly comes combined anyway, very cheap) depending on what im going to eat

evening 8-9 PM: zinc picolinate 15 mg (also very cheap, one 40-50 dollar supply will last you half a year easily)

i would also advise to take caffeine (it's harmless) and cocoa powder (add it to your protein shake, but try to take it a couple of hours in between the other stuff) but to cycle it for maximum gains
overall it's very cheap if you supplement like this, it's absolutely worth it and there is very little danger

and as mentioned: any multivit which has everything is trash because it's impossible to absorb everything at the same time

mutli vitamin that focuses on energy
zinc ( because I fap too much and that can lead to zinc deficiencies)
biotin
b12
fish oil

I eat a portion of meat everyday, that should cover it right?

eat liver instead

>50 mg zinc
>300 mg maca root
>1000 mg largenine
> 1000 mg vitamin D
>400 mg magnesium

creatine
rennet
fish oil
