Anybody else workout really early in the morning?

Anybody else workout really early in the morning?

>used to work 3rd shift
>got used to waking up at retarded morning hours
>got a better comfy job in which i start at 9am
>still wake up early
>decide to waste that time jogging and lifting weights
>find myself doing more later in the day and being productive at work

who's the rock competing with?

Dave Bautista

recently mark hamill

Bet they're not willin' to type an apostrophe instead of the letter "g" even though it's the same number of characters
Fucking poser faggot

how do you avoid feeling exhausted later in the day?

>wake up at 4am
he goes to sleep at 8pm? Yeah that sounds fantastic

I do, user. Up at 3 am daily, in the gym for 4:15.

I got to bed by 8-9 and if anything working out early in the morning has actually increased my energy more for the rest of the day. I highly recommend it for anyone

Been training first thing in the morning for a number of years. More focused when lifting because literally nothing has happened yet during the day. Also more energetic throughout the day.

Started doing it mostly to save time. Ended up enjoying it.

The downside is that it's tough to get properly warmed up compared to when training in the afternoon. I've got an old low back injury that sometimes keeps me from performing early in the morning.

There's literally nothing to do past 8pm when you're an adult

Yup, I walk to the bus at 4:15-4:30 and am in the gym at 5:30. Work at 8. ECA stack has me buzzin'.

Not even close to every day though.

You sound like a sad wagecuck

The best thing about working out early in the morning is the absence of people at the gym. The most I've ever encountered were these two bodybuilders that only showed up once and I never saw again

Not really, like I mentioned I've been able to do more stuff now that I've become more conscious about my time management rather than just spend the next 4-5 hours at night watching anime and fapping to trap porn

>there's literally nothing to do past 8pm if your an adult
You just totally outted yourself as someone who never got out and experienced life. You sound boring.
Things to do after 8pm
>watch something interesting on netflix, amazon(the fucking grand tour!) Or whatever
>play some vidya with friends online
>have sex with your significant other or slam piece
>read
>yoga/meditation

What's the point?
if you wake up at 7 and life at 8, it's all the same, what kind of virtue sympathy is this faggot getting at?

Two things.

I still do those things and I'm 25 years old my dude. I already got my 'partying' phase out of my system and am now more concerned with building my life. It's all about time management and when you practice enough you figure out you can do much more with your life than just
>watch something interesting on netflix, amazon(the fucking grand tour!) Or whatever
>play some vidya with friends online
>have sex with your significant other or slam piece
>read
>yoga/meditation

>being this much of a miserable brainlet to not understand the meaning behind this thread

>experiencing life
>living a boring normie life

this is some strange b8 or you're just ironically being the one outting your own self

Fuck off wage cuck

This. I show up as soon as it opens every morning. It's so nice, compared to weekends.

I work 7 hours a day with breaks and mostly spend my time shitposting here but okay.

>wake up at 5am
>at the gym by 5:30am
>all weights avaliable
>no gymthots to divert my gaze
>out in record time
Working out in mornings is the only way.

he should wake up at 4 to take acting classes

He's on roids numbnuck

Gym opens at 7 am, there is already a line at the entrance.

Yes and definitely enjoy it.
I used to lift after work, ate like 4 meals prior to that and was obviously semi tired after full day of working. I got my "second wind" as soon as I entered gym, but I'll never go back to that again.

Gym is either empty or with adequate and focused people who are not getting in your way.
You feel really refreshed and I personally feel even stronger rather than weaker what I was told it's going to be.
I switched to a low carb diet, by eating loads of oats before gym and then one post workout meal and for the rest of the day just protein/veggies/fats.
I've leaned like a motherfucker in two months and and witnessing much more progress due to this.

Apart from gym pros, I enjoy this as well because:
you do this prior to anything else, so rest of the day you don't have to worry about gym and you have a free evening post work. The only thing is that you're getting up early and have to feel good, so have to go to sleep a bit earlier.

personally I can't name a single con of going early to the gym. I guess I'll never switch again.

Is there any disadvantage to lift in the early morning, regarding gains? Since you will stay awake the whole day and recovery and growth mostly happens during sleep which is then more far away from the workout time-wise.

No magic formula or secret apart from his millions of dollars and access to a personal chef/doctor and infinite roids.

Only disadvantage I’ve found personally is I’m stronger in the evening then in the morning.

>you can get rock huge by just roiding and sitting at home watching anime

DESU, I haven't noticed much of a difference on me personally. I am obviously a little more tired as the day goes on but mornings i'm pumped from the work out.

>what is a 24 hour gym

LMAO, this has-been faggot. "No magic formula or secret, dood. Erm, except all the milliliters of drugs I'm pinning!". Give me a fucking break.

Please stop posting junkie scumbags, thank you.

>no magic formula
>pls don’t test my blood for roids

the stone

Thanks, definitely going to workout in the early mornings too now as it would give me more time too sleep than going in the evening and im tired of waiting for people to be done using the equipment. How do you do it Meal wise? Do you eat your normal breakfast before the workout and something else afterwards or only eat after workout but a bit more?

literally going out to dinner, to drink, to dance, to watch a play, to rob a bank

A hard place

>drinking alcohol
>eating past 8pm
>socializing

literally what the fuck are you doing here

fucking kek

Up 5AM, do laundry, feed cats, feed ducks and chickens, prepare breakfast for kids and wife, drive 30km's to gym, finish gym by 8.30. Go to work.

Joe Rogan?

You are all normal as fuck. fucking lol.
>Going out to a bar and drinking past 8 is living on the edge brah
>partying is out of my system, meh tiem mgmt, so responsible plz respect me
Unironically kill yourselves, no wonder girls avoid you guys like the fucking plague. I've seen maybe four interesting people post here in the past month and guess what? you aren't one of them.

I don't understand how you get up every morning and convince yourself you aren't bored as fuck and waiting to die

instagram captions r gay as hell

Tell us about your interesting and or fulfilling then :)

fuck this made me laugh way too hard

*life

Gym aside given by that schedule it seems you're the wife in that marriage m8.

tfw my gym opens up at 10:30 am because nobody even goes early in the morning, there was one gym in my town that tried 24h but they just lost too much money because nobody ever went late at night or early in the morning

you're angry at yourself, wage cuck

iktfb. I still live with a couple old mates our age and they still stay up till 2-3am yelling at video games. Sad!

>no magic formula or secret to success
>has been taking roids for years
yeah, I'd love to see where he'd be at if he wasn't the roided out freak he is right now. if there's one thing I hate in this shitty industry, it's fake assholes who will literally never admit being on roids

>tfw 24/7 gym
>go at 6am 6 days a week
>get home and have breakfast by 8:30am
>comfy

And the people who are there are all business and will use the equipment for what it's for, let you work in, etc. All the incompetent normies come in the evenings

Why I think first thing in the morning is the best time to lift:
>you can do it fasted
>you can get wired on coffee or PWO with no sleep consequences
>more time to enjoy endorphins/pump
>go through whole day feeling that you accomplished something
>you're not tired from work (I have a physical job that precludes lifting afterward)
>nothing hanging over your head all day, when work is over it's playtime
