Low Testosterone

So I just got my bloodwork back. My testosterone is only 300 which on a scale of 241-827, seems really low to me. But the doctor won't do anything about that unless it's less than 241.

So what should I do? I could start slamming black market test but I really don't want to risk screwing up my already crappy endocrine system. All the legal OTC supplements look to be scams. So what do?

What does your typical diet look like currently?? How often do you eat at restaurants or fast food? The endocrine system is largely affected by what you intake.

Get some test, mate. I had 500-ish (that's with a perfect diet, supps, and sleep), then I got on trt doses of test, sitting at 950 right now. The feeling is so amazing. I never realized how grumpy and and tired I felt before.

> 241-827
Wtf? The normal range used to be 300-1200. Fucking kike doctors reducing the normal ranges so people can't get trt unless they're legally female and want to become transsexuals. Then apparently it's ok.

Whole foods plant based diet

Forgot to add. Your test levels are already that of a 95-year-old man. It's not like they can get worse. Just go for it.

>>What does your typical diet look like currently?? How often do you eat at restaurants or fast food?

Typical day is below, I don't eat out usually. Currently 5' 10" and 165 lbs. Very skinnyfat.

Breakfast:
Banana
Oatmeal
Coffee

Lunch:
Bowl of chili

Dinner:
Brocolli
Chicken breast

Do you actually have symptoms of low test?
Come back when you have free testosterone results as well. This is important because of the situation of having low total test but normal free test. This is not too uncommon, and would indicate that introducing exogenous testosterone may not do anything for you, besides introduce high e2 sides.

Nigga where are your fats? Saturated fats and cholesterol are the building blocks of testosterone.

Take full hormone panel and come back, Clomid and anti estrogens may place for you.

>Have you tried to stop injecting soy straight into your heart every day?

The chili is made with ground beef so it had sat fat and cholesterol. But I see your point.

what does it mean if you have normal total test but low free test?

Are you cutting? If you're cutting, stick to what you're doing because reducing bodyfat is one of the ways people may increase testosterone. If you're not, then you might need to add fats. And count them, saturated fat and monosaturated fat above polyunsaturated fat.

Even if you're cutting I'd add ~100 cals to my diet by drinking some coconut and olive oil if I were you desu.

Then your SHBG is high, with potentially high estradiol. Free test is the test that your body actually uses. There is a high chance this person is symptomatic, and ruling out all other potential causes, would be recommended TRT.

Low total t and low free t is the most common situation with the most straightforward solution. Things get weird when the ratios differ, which typically only occurs when SHBG is very high or very low.

How can I get low test levels?

For the purpose of cheating blood-work or as a general case?

Cheating

Lose bodyfat (the most important factor)
Eat clean
Eat cholesterol and saturated fat
No junk food
No alcohol
Reduce sugar (especially added sugars)
Sleep at least 8 hours every night
Reduce stress in your life (meditate)
No soy (or any strong phytoestrogens)
Avoid plastic; never store or heat food in plastic containers, don't drink from plastic bottles
Research common xenoestrogens and avoid them; buy organic cosmetics free of parabens, glycols and sodium lauryl sulfate. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, skincare items; almost anything you put onto your body.
Supplement Vitamin D3
Supplement Zinc
Intermittent fasting may help boost GH (which helps with testosterone production)

there you go, that's every controllable factor I can think of that will help with testosterone production

why would anyone want to cheat a bloodwork?

Test levels drop for each hour you're awake and resets after a good night's rest. This cycling of test is natural and most pronounced in younger people (20's). It becomes less pronounced the older you get. With this in mind, I would recommend simply not sleeping the day before your blood-work. The results can be as significant as a 30% drop in test levels (age 20's, assumed). However, keep in mind two things.

First, doctor's recommend getting your test checked within an hour of waking--to attempt to grab it's peak value. The doctor will always say to try and get it tested around 8am, with the assumption that you slept well and woke up near this time frame. Try to follow this guideline and get it tested around 8am. Often, test results past noon are disregarded as potentially invalid and not indicative of your peak test levels, thereby requiring additional blood-work.

Secondly, the situation above in which a person has normal total test and low free test naturally (high SHBG/potentially high estradiol) requires that free test be included in the blood-work. Speaking from experience, I was unintentionally sleep-deprived before my first blood-work and well rested before the second. My free t levels in the first were below the recommended medical range, and in the second simply on the low end. My total t was unaffected by the sleep deprivation. I could have been recommended TRT based off the first test result (total t 648, free t 9 (range 9.4-26.1)), but not the second (total t 655, free t 13).

Maybe user sits on the low end of total/free t range, is symptomatic, but won't get prescribed legal TRT because his levels are not medically low. In this case he would want to cheat his blood-work, get prescribed TRT, and experience the incomparable quality of life increase.
