Please tell me your routine and diet so I know exactly what not to do. It took me 9-10 months from being a 6'3 167lbs Skelly to get to 198lbs and looking 3x better than you. And I pay absolutely no attention to my diet, my sleep and whatnot.

i started “lifting” when i was 13 (stupid lifts, retarded rep schemes, no programming, but at least i had the courage to touch a barbell). started browsing here when i was 14, got into powerlifting at 15. sounds perfect, right?
i weighed 180lbs at a towering 5’5 when i was 13. being that fat for so long at that age pretty much guarantees that you will never produce testosterone naturally again. not only that, i started eating even *more* when i fell for the powerlifting meme. i was chugging chocolate milk all day, doing SS with god awful form and wondering why i wasnt getting stronger as i shaved off as much volume/frequency from the program in exchange for le epick intensity 1RM everyday bro!!!!1! bullshit. by sophomore year in high school i was 220lbs at a monstrous 5’9, 100% bodyfat.
thankfully i finally decided to get my shit together that christmas. im a senior now, floating just below 160lbs, and i look like ive been lifting for less than two months. i still dont have visible abs and i have enough loose skin/latent belly fat that ive given up hope of ever obtaining them. i would bulk if i didnt develop a bad purging habit. at least my form is perfect on all my lifts now i guess.
Any advice how much I should be eating a day? It's the one thing I don't think I get right. I usually eat just below 2000
are you cutting or bulking? if bulking go for ~500 over maintenance, maybe around 3000/day depending on how active you are

I could stand to gain a few pounds, but 3000 calories is just too much for me.
I'd say I'm pretty active as I either lift, run, or go to kickboxing each day. I also have a job where even in my downtime I have to walk at least 3-4 miles a day.
You're unbelievably narrow, why would you want to get leaner?
you’re definitely burning enough to eat 3000 calories a day, it’s really not as much as it sounds. drink lots of milk, easy calories
