Used to be just a black coffee since I'm doing IF, but this new medication I'm taking makes me nauseous if I don't eat something with it. So, I added 1oz of sourdough bread and maybe a banana if the bread didn't work.

Do you have a picture or know how much of each ingredients you use? This sounds tasty.

My breakfast is 50g oats, 10g musili, 10g almonds with no skin and pour in whatever amount of almond milk I want (runnier the better)

I've been eating the same breakfast for the past year and Im not tired of it, it tastes great has tons of protein (60grm more or less) and is cheap.

100grm Oats
250ml Milk
40grm Chocolate whey protein (gold)
1 sliced banana
