I find turning c lift into B lift helps a lot- when it comes to genera strength and endurance . Also, I turned c lift from 15 reps to 20,15,12 reps.

Always was into lifting. Stopped lifting and drinking heavy. Blew up to 270ish from 20 years old to 23. Cut down really damn fast. Got under 200 in 6 months. Bulked up from 178 to 200ish. Was a good bulk but after 190 lbs it got sloppy during the holidays. 1 month in my cut bottom 2 pics. Got my hands on some test. Cashed in my natty card. So going to try maintain same body fat but make some nice gains now
