I usually combine 700ml of milk with two scoops of instant oats and one scoop of whey and just drink it.

How much water/milk would you use with 50g of oats? 200ml?

I eat a nature valley bar and a protein bar at about 5:10, wait until 6 to run, where Ill run till seven then have a 270 calorie bar and a protein shake. I then wait a while to workout then I do that and have another shake and something else that isnt too heavy but is better than a processed bar.
