How is this for an exercise routine?

Monday: Chest and Back, Biceps and Tri’s

Tuesday: shoulders and legs, biceps and triceps

Wednesday: Abs, stretches, foreams, other minor muscles.

Thursday and Friday Repeat Monday and Tuesday.

so... where are the exercises?

>Monday: Chest and Back, Biceps and Tri’s
>Tuesday: shoulders and legs, biceps and triceps
>Wednesday: Abs, stretches, foreams, other minor muscles.
>Thursday and Friday Repeat Monday and Tuesday.

You're going to fuck up your arms if you don't give them time to rest between mon/tue

What?

You think training arms 4 Days a week is bad?

Lmaoooooo

Just do yoga user.

Fucking genius! Are you like a coach or something?
In any case, watch out, Phil Heath, there's a new sherriff in town!

why not do arms on wednesday? kinda like this:

Monday: Chest and Back

Tuesday: shoulders and legs

Wednesday: biceps and triceps, foreams, other minor muscles, stretches

Thursday and Friday Repeat Monday and Tuesday.
Abs everyday

That could work.

somebody call an armbulance

What?

Why

Not sure what you are talking about...

Lol arms are my favorite exercise. I was doing this routine for about a month.

Got some pretty good gains

I just do bench and curls and lots of abs 3 or 4 times a week and I run on off days and regularly go to yoga classes or just do solo yoga. I have a naturally athletic build but with this basic exercise habit I look and feel like a Greek god.

Consistency and diet are keys to the aesthetic life, you dont really have to lift that heavy or work all that hard to look great. And we all know thats what matters.

Good, 4 months of that and you’ll be ripped easily

RIP OP

Thanks for the advice user. I want to look like zyzz. No roids for me.

I’ve been on Keto for 3 months. Lost 30 pounds. Maybe I am working myself too hard?

>works arms every day
>die
Remember to let your muscles rest.

I've got a feeling you are getting no appreciable volume in.

Wed: bicepts/triceps/forearms

Friday: chest/back/shoulders

Sun: bicepts/triceps/forearms

Fuck legs.

OP here.

What supplements do you take? Question to everyone.

What do you mean volume in?

>What?
Your routine is trash. Please do something that's not retarded. You're not qualified to do that

I just started taking some pre workout cuz I got some for Christmas. Usually I just have protein shakes.

I am curious what would make you qualified for that routine?

Nice b8

>only doing bis and tris 4 out of 5 days
just stick to crossfit and leave the gym to the real men

This is the classic Arnold split

R8 my routine please.

A/B rotation

A day
Squat 3*5
Bench press 3*5
Incline dumbbell press 3*10
Calf raises 3*10
Crunches 2*failure

B Day
Stiff leg deadlift 3*5
Overhead press 3*5
Cable rows 3*10
Lat pulldown 3*10
Arnold press 3*10

I'm a manlet so I don't want huge legs to make me look even shorter so I know there could be more legwork.

Anything I might be doing totally wrong?

Piggybacking off this thread.

How do I decide how many days I should have in my split? I've been doing:

>Chest/Tri
>Legs
>Shoulders/Abs/minor muscles
>Back/Bi
Alternating emphasis on strength and volume, with rest days between every 2 or 3 workouts.

However, would I benefit from consolidating my workouts and doing each day with more frequency? I am almost 23, have an athletic history and have been lifting since Junior year HS but only recently became serious about my diet. I dont have 1ROMs but I can generally do:

>OHP- 3x6 @ 135lbs
>Bench- 3x5 @ 225lbs
>Squat- 3x5 @ 295lbs
>Dead- 3x5 @ 315lbs

Bump

do whatever you can recover from, other's wont be able to tell you what that number is, you basically have to find out by trial and error.
do x volume, did you recover fine the next week? do a bit more, and repeat, you'll get to a point where you didn't recover and performance decreases, take it easy for a week or two then repeat the process.

You clearly don't know enough about programming to be making your own routine.

ABA BAB I meant.
