For unironically writing it "abbs" you deserve to have your head chopped off
don't be so mean babby
Windshield wipers all day.
>working hard for abs
>permanently covering them with shit art
I do 50 weighted sit-ups every day. Its fun to see how many I can do after not doing any for my first 6 months in the gym.
Imagine when he finally lets himself go..
This. The pseudo greek lady in the robe could be kind of cool if it was moved to the side and much better done. Also a personal gripe when people mix theme their tattoos like these faggots. Go with one style and stick with it. Everybodys got this grab bag of ink; random hipster shit, vintage nautical tattoo, le pop culture reference, random celtic band because 56%, kanji, a fucking butterfly, some obscure quote etc etc. Its just a clusterfuck and looks even more retarded and trashier than tats already do.
Holy fucking shit user educate me how do i i get lean body like you
/Cbt/
I do 4x15 hanging leg raises, 4x15 cable crunches, 4x15 weighted decline crunches, 3x week. I only started training abs a month ago and I'm already seeing more definition. Not a lot obviously, but more. And that's considering I weigh the same as well, if not a little more.
weighted chin ups stimulate your abs more than 50 crunches

this is a good programme I've been doing for about a month now. only do it 2 days a week though
>shad
lmao
Does that tattoo say SHADMAN?
God, they should outlaw getting tattoos until you're 25 and your frontal lobe is developed.
Yes, every day.
3x15 ab rollouts (all the way till the chest touches the floor)
30/20/10 around-the-world decline sit-ups.
5x10 on core rotator (most resistance that you can do) in each direction
Eat clean + daily cardio
Do you guys even train abs?
Is there any reason to do planks?
Only if you're working your way up to something more substantial. Roll outs are far superior.
>abs everyday
S-shouldn't I let them rest?
I do them M/W/F.
Ab wheel and leg lifts
did these fags really get matching tattoos
