And, most likely, neither do they require zinc.

I looked this up, and it would appear that the numbers the user gave are not sufficient enough to cause toxicity. Toxicity has been proven to occur in doses of 60,000 IU/day for several months.

EC stack isn't really comparable to "just drinking more coffee". I did it for a few weeks and the difference in energy was very noticeable, even though I was on a big calorie deficit. Shit works, but you're right about him using DMAA as a pre while on that shit.
