How to get around vegetables

I fucking hate vegetables, I eat corn maybe once a month and that's it and I've been going like this my whole life. Is there anything like a wheat grass shot that's just a lump of fucking trash vegetables I can take at once to get my daily serving of them? I'd rather just down something and be done with it than try to incorporate this stuff in to my daily life. Thanks white brothers

You may have to just get over it. You could talk to your doctor and see if you can sort out getting certain injections (b12, coq10, etc) or take certain vitamins, but thats a pain in the ass.

If you want the easy way out, the only easy way is to eat your fucking veggies.

Eat oats, avocados, beans, rice, tomatoes, onions, spices, spinach, kale, broccoli, and peppers. Quit being a little bitch. 75% of your diet should be vegetables.

- make shakes, google is your friend for recipes that dont taste like dirt

Just remember spinach needs to be cooked, and in an open pot since spinash has this thing, which I forgot the name, that can fuck your kidneys/give you kidney stones if you consume raw spinach daily.
but seriously. learn something other than simply boiling vegetables and they'll be pretty tasty or low-key implement them, like putting spinach and mushrooms in your scrambled eggs
