So what do you think about cannabis and the use of it during workout´s and everyday relaxing? I began smoking because drinking consumes to many calories. Would like to know how you get high while trying to be fit?

It's a fucking nightmare. I feel so unmotivated. I only smoke on days that I don't work out, or before bed when I'm sore..don't get addicted. I was and it ruined my life.

I don't think it is a good idea.

Smoking it too much is bad. It doesn't really affect you too much at first if you use it daily but over time your memory becomes worse, and can worsen any mental issues you have.

I love liftin while high. Obviously you cant get completely zooted or it’s hard to function, but a small hit before heading to the gym really takes the edge off and helps you ignore the pain/focus on form. Also makes me much more patient between sets when i really need to rest that extra minute.
