Friendly reminder to hold yourself to a higher standard

>Lift a little harder
>stop worrying about what women think
>work a little bit more for yourself to get ahead.

You can do it, I believe in you all

>stop worrying about what women think

But how? I’m not a faggot.

The point is that women don't care how much effort you put in to something. Sometimes they are there, sometimes they are not. Do things that you like because you like them, not because you think it will impress women.

thanks user, i think i needed this

Bump.

Good stuff.

My pleasure, good luck!

Thanks for the bump! Trying to put a little positivity and actual self-improvement on Veeky Forums to break up all the rest

Why is Arnie is so inspiring while 99.9% of other bodybuilders who aren't even as ripped as Arnie come off as mentally unhinged, self obsessed freaks that you should never listen to?

You’re not wrong, friend.

Because he had personality

Thanks for the reminder OP.
It seems like Arnold said this to me.
I'll actually go asleep happier today.

Glad you'll go to sleep happier!

Aye

>tfw only thing to look forward to on Friday night is a workout
>tfw miserable on this cut

Really needed this bro. Gonna lift a little heavier and run a little longer tonight

do what makes you happy lads

He was also an actor, and had a rockstar personality even when he was young.

He’s got no calves.

>this whole thread

zyzz didn't even have that great of a body. just shows that if you have a decent body but dont have personality, the following won't be large

Good job!

I slightly disagree, I think doing what makes you fulfilled is better than just what makes you happy. Playing video games all day makes me happy in the moment, but more depressed later than doing some hard work.

Glad you like it

An no one except a bodybuilder would care.
He was never a competitive bodybuilder, he just had the greatest physique in the eyes of your average normalfag.
>Over 6ft ~200lbs
Your body dysmorphia is showing

Was Arnold a dick-let? Seems hella small here

(No homo)

>flaccid size matters

Last bump to spread a little more positive message

You are what you tell yourself you are.
You are also what you allow other people to call you.
However, you should know yourself and your limits better then anyone else.

You are worth something. If you think you're not, then become someone who you think will be worth something.
