oh well sure, I agree with most of that, if you want to to build muscle past noob gains you will prolly need to eat more than 1 meal a day, if you do eat only 1 meal a day you will be deficient in tons of minerals/vitamins because you have to eat very energy dense foods.

Continously exercising while on OMAD wont neccesarily cause you to be exhausted but your glycogen capacity will absolutely decrease, and performance will suffer. OMAD should only really be for fatties who need to lose weight before even considering training
