By doing manly work, I was a roofer for 4 years and have huge forearms

Deadhangs and towel pull ups

hang grip and finger tip push ups. you are welcome

skin the cats

i went from 11 to 13 inches with rack pulls

Farmers walks every time you step in the gym

this.
my friend is a mechanic and his forearms are as big as his upper arm

Get a board, a screwdriver, and some screws. Turn those screws until your forearms are on fire.

have jerk off marathon sessions with your best buds until your hands fall off

Preferably this or Hammer curls

post em

This actually sounds pretty good

>/fraud general/

Wrist roller
It's like turning screws into a board except it's not retarded

By working out your forearms

Don't be ridiculous

My forearms are as big as my upper arm as well

Rowing have my forearms a workout, but I don't know whether it's the exercise itself or rather that they haven't been exercised much before

Same here mostly because I have really small upper arms

Same here bro
Rowing is good for brachialis but not much more you need more wrist flexion

this or trap shrugs

desu I think this only works if you're a little new to the gym. Eventually you reach diminishing returns and it just makes more sense to deadlift.

I don't know, I've been a carpenter for years and am always doing forearm exercises, they never get bigger but they are hard as a rock.

I think I just have shit genetics.

...

>trap shrugs
what other kinds of shrugs exist

Rock climbing

>Eventually you reach diminishing returns

Gainz are all about diminishing returns since day one. It's just a matter of deciding when the ROI is too low to keep on pushing.

this board is so fucking useless kek

This has been a pretty productive thread what you trying to say

Work as a gravedigger, think my forearms, well part of them have grown alot from the shoveling

you must be good at ... deadlifts

Post body

>desu I think this only works if you're a little new to the gym.
I absolutely hate this board

>Eventually you reach diminishing returns and it just makes more sense to deadlift
The first line is just plain wrong and are you implying that you shouldn't be doing both.

Kek

Nice angle mate. It's like the reverse of the thing fat chicks do to hide their double chins. How about one from a 90 degree angle instead.

Mate fuck off. No forearms in this thread and I happen to contribute and you try and slate em. Literally took that photo while I'm sitting on my couch. I don't need to justify myself to you. Feel free to post yours asshat

looks good user

I have cordless screwdriver, is that ok?

...

Heh

Fill a bucket with rice. A lot of rice. Then put your hands in and squeeze the rice for 15 minute intervals. Sounds retarded, great forearm / grip exercise.

More barbell work

what are you talking about that angle makes his forerarms look smaller

That's why it's the reverse...

Here you go. You still chose the worst angle for forearms.

Better?

>until your forearms are on fire

sure

You're right actually, it was a good angle hahaha, here have more.

Much better. Didn't even have to get off your couch!

Better still. Good contribution bro.

I'm thinking of adding fat grips to my pull up work once I reach a certain stage for forearm and grip gains

>build cuck sheds for a living
>manly

lmaoooooooooooo

...

Masturbate with a progressively tighter grip.

Looks pretty retarded to me

my penis used 4 and a half inches erect and after constantly doing this its like maybe 4.25 and my foreskin covers it so it looks like a nose

fuck you

badass

This. Manual labor is a great way to get big forearms. That’s why sailors back in the day had Popeye forearms. I worked in ag for 2 years and got big forearms as a result. Add to that drumming and guitar and my forearms are one of my proudest parts of my body.

Do you want wrist arthritis? Because that's how you get wrist arthritis.
>tfw grandpappy was an electrician back in the day
