if you're going completely no sugar then you can't even eat most veggies mate. I do agree on at the very least severely limiting fruits. don't know how the "fruits and vegetables" meme came about. you shouldn't have 5 apples a day, you should be eating 5 cups of greens

You forgot to add "don't use Veeky Forums".

Fruit is excellent for you and it's highly unlikely that you'll binge eat it in the same way that you'd be tempted to finish a whole pint of ice cream.

>not you americans
hurr. white americans are unironically less lactose intolerant than all but the nordics

>no grains
>40% of calories from fats???
>eating meat every day

You're not going to make it

I think OP just made this up because this is what he imagines instagram fitness model Chads doing.

>being a brainlet that follows every meme he once heard
Congratulations you truely failed at life

imma sound retarded, but are oats grains?

All food in reasonable moderation is fine. Don't eliminate things like dairy or you will develop lactose intolerance and be fucked when you're older. Get rid of supplements section completely and eat more unprocessed foods. Get rid of 'tri monthly' section, ear cleaning can happen at home in shower, brush your teeth and floss and you don't need pro teeth cleaning more than 2x a year, nothing with chemicals is a good idea

CLEAN YOUR FUCKING ROOM BUCKO

>no dairy

You have to be white to make it. Sorry, user

Well duh, the average American is a mutt that will shart in the mart after drinking milk.
White Americans however are a small subset of the population.
The maps isn't really accurate. No way we Dutch have > 20% lactose intolerance.
inb4 immigrants: they are obviouslt not factored in, look at the number for Sweden

You sound like someone who will slavishly acquire all the things you think you need to make It, without ever actually making it

>40/40/20
Is there a standard order for these?

This has to be b8
>use a sauna 30 minutes/day
>weekly massage
>weekly facial
>weekly body scrub
>weekly manicure and pedicure
>monthly microdermabrasion
>tri monthly chemical peel
>that many supplements
Find one person on earth that actually does this

>he doesn't go to sauna daily

lmao never making it

Show this post to your doctor right away. You have a rare case of schizophrenia.

No.

Regardless of our agreements I find your routine and thread interesting, OP. Here's my opinions/changes to what I think are the necessary bits you've given.

Diet
>no added sugar
>no processed grains/carbs
>limit grains and fruit, use them tactfully, mainly use for digestive purposes
>drink only water, only drink when thirsty

Health
>sleep 8 - 10 hrs
>meditate 30 mins daily
>sauna 30 mins daily
>cryo 10 mins post sauna
>workout should be too complicated to reduce to "60 min daily". I'll leave it there, too long to explain. Many other threads for this.
>15 min yoga both pre and post workout

Supplements
>with breakfast 1 olive leaf extract pill, and 2000IU of D3
>some hours before sleep, probably dinner: 300mcg iodine, 250mg magnesium, and fish oil with quantity dependant on your size/daily calories from omega 6.

P/C/F

Forgot to add:
Diet
>no dairy unless you're white and can get raw totally unprocessed milk from a healthy hormone free cow
