Set two alarms. One on your phone that you keep near you while sleeping and one for the same time on an actual alarm clock that is out of arms reach from your bed. That way the phone wakes you up and you have to get up out of bed to turn off the other alarm. At that point if you go back to sleep it's entirely your fault.
Put your alarm out of reach so when it goes off you have to get out of bed to turn it off. I remember one morning I slept in because I punched the alarm and rolled over, and I missed a workout because of it. Never missed one since, all because I moved my alarm to the other side of my desk.

Some phones have it where you have to solve a math problem before you can disable the alarm. I've had the same problem before and it helped, I also had to do before but more extreme because I kept disabling the alarms in my sleep. Now I have five alarms, pic related.

When you sleep, you go trough a couple of phases
>1-15 mins sleep: light sleep easy to wake, powernap basically
>15-45: deep sleep
>45-60: light sleep again
>repeat

Hearing your own name and a familiar voice crosses the unconscious barrier more effectively and puts you into a decision making state.. Which is what some people lack when hearing a regular alarm. That's why it probably feels like you don't even get to decide to wake up and feel cheated out of the opportunity to even hear your alarm.
Of course, set some regular alarms for 10 minute later just in case.
