No progress thread? I'll start. Been lifting for 5 months, started off playing sports.

>4 months, approx 183(maybe185)-191lbs, mostly gained weight on my legs where it was badly needed
>started with the bar, but weight started to first feel heavy at 85/165/165/205, currently at 105/190/205/240 lbs all for 3x5

My problem is that I feel my noob gains have been spent. doing Phraks GSLP (sort of), rather than the progression with AMRAP+deloads, i've been keeping it at 3x5, and every other workout I deload 10-20lbs session and usually do 4x5-8, I bike to the gym (30 minutes round trip), and on off days do static hold core work, recently added ring dips back in.

so, now that progress has slowed down, do i keep milking it until it stops completely, or do I follow an intermediate program?
