I sleep quite well actually. I have problems to discipline myself into sleeping early but when I do i can easily reach for eight hours of sleep.

This. If I don't deload or simply take a week off every 6 weeks or so I stall out and start to break down. After the deload or break, my lifts go up EVERY time.

I'm still on SS because I'm working on my Squat. There are no coaches in my country and I'm too poor for an online coach so that means I have to fix my form by myself. I've been getting better slowly but I've needed to deload multiple times. The other lifts are somewhat good and I can tell I'm close to the end of the LP.

Does your skeleton promote a squat that may create a muscular imbalance? I'd try swapping to front squats and RDLs to compensate for a bit to see if that helps.

To be safe, make sure you're getting enough fats and vitamin d3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day
