Upper hamstring doms near the insertion point is the worst, sore quads actually feel kinda good

Just walk a lot or do some real light squats on your non-squat days.

Obviously depends on your routine. I've got doms right now from doing weighted dips and standing dumbbell tricep extensions yesterday.

I do regular bench, weighted dips and two isolation exercises for tris. They feel completley destroyed on chest day, but the next day it's as if I never trained them.
It's not DOMS. You snapped your self up. Lower back DOMS feels just like other DOMS. It's not supposed to hurt.
