What is Thicc Mode?
>Thicc mode is traditional male aesthetics. Thicc mode for Veeky Forums has been described as a body built from barbell strength training with accessories (texas method, candito 6 week, 28 free programs, 5/3/1), 13% to 17% bodyfat that has crossover to strength or contact sports ability. Twinks, ottermode, & contest ready bodybuilders are not thicc mode.

Why is life pain?

I'm running a routine that I bastardized from TM, which is in the pastebin. I'm gonna run this until I use up my linear progression, then move onto another program. I did this program cause I wanted more volume.

My main goal though is strength progression. What routine should I follow after I run this out, that I can run indefinitely to keep adding weight to the bar over a longer period of time?

I also should mention that I'm already starting to stall on OHP, as I ended up doing basically a standing incline bench press on my last rep of 3x5 with 67.5kg. Tomorrow I'll be going for 1x5 of 75kg. I'm hoping it was just an off day, but I may have to start reducing volume from extra lifts, to allow more recovery for the main compound lifts.

Also, a lot of the links in the pastebin are dead now. Someone needs to update it.

I tend to stall every 6-8 weeks and I'm only reaching the 6 week mark now, but consider it. It's been supremely beneficial for my upper body and I'm making steady squat/deadlift gains.

I had been watching Brian Alsruhe's videos, which is why I incorporated the Pullups and BB Row as supersets, and so I do know about the conjugate method, and I'm glad he did free videos on how to set it up.

I'll probably take a look at that, and take the time to input my lifts into it, and also cause I really want to aim to increase strength, cause I've been focused too much on bodybuilding splits for most of my lifting career and lost a lot of time for strength gains.

I managed to find the program, but the intensity seems way too low. Like it'll have me doing on Bench Press, 5x3 of 80%, which would be ~100kg. On my current program, I'm doing 3x5 of 115kg. That's a large drop.

Is there a version of /thicc/ mode for wimmin thats not just fat? I need inspo/direction, im currently following a BB split right now but Im not trying to look like Arnold if you catch my drift. 5'8" 135lbs

Doing c6w for squat+deadlift and 28 free programs int medium for bench. Should I add somewhere some shoulder work like ohp?
