just got my pair of titan yellow jackets - they feel a little weird on my knees. when I walk around with them they constantly shift down on my legs

assuming the yellow X's should be as centered on my knee cap as possible. did I fuck up and order too large a pair? I got the medium, which was as close to my knee size as possible

Calves too small to keep them on? Only a guess though, when I wore my gf's sleeves (SBD mediums), they slid down, but they were also a size too small in my case.

It's fine mate. Only minor issue is if it's really bunched and the side ref has a more back angle view from their chair, it looks like the knee isn't locked. But just pulling them up before your attempt sorts that.

You'll probably get used to it. I did, at the very least.

Depends. If you're practicing for competition, do about 1-1.5 count. If you're just doing long pause for the variation, then 3-5, depending on what the rest of your programming is like and what you need.

Until the bar is motionless - that's what you need to achieve in competition. Practice getting that right rather than the specific length of the pause, unless it's a specific paused variation (like a 3 count pause variation etc).

If your bench is sub 315, just pause the first rep for 2 seconds, then pump that shit out.
